Happy Experience

Yoink is everything it claims to be and more. Since downloading it last week it has worked flawlessly. It makes copying and pasting so much easier. When I read some negative reviews on Google I was concerned as they indicated there was no support for it. How incorrect this is? I needed to clarify why I could not see the app on my menu bar so I contacted Eternal Storms Software. Within a few hours I received a reply from Mathias answering my question and the following day I received a follow up email asking if my problem was resolved. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate and value.
