Does not seem to work...

I have Mountain Lion on a Mac mini and a widescreen. I installed, reinstalled, started, restarted, changed the settings, turned other running apps off, it still does not work. The icon IS in the menu bar icon but the only way to make the little window pop out is with a shortcut. I WILL check for updateds to Yoink in case this gets fixed but until then, I am sticking to File it away which is less fancy but works flawlessly.
